WARRANTY POLICY
All products are fully warrantied to the original owner against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year. They are sold with a 30 day money back guarantee from date of shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To return a product within the 30 day period, contact us by email at info@ipacadia.com for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Please include the original Order Number issued at time of purchase. Products must be returned undamaged and in good condition. Misuse, damage and normal wear and tear is not covered.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
